2. Medical Services
Inci Esthetic provides hair restoration services including FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) procedures. All procedures are performed by licensed medical professionals in our accredited clinic in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Consultations do not guarantee treatment eligibility
- Final treatment plans are determined after medical evaluation
- Results may vary based on individual factors
- All procedures carry inherent medical risks
3. Booking and Payment
When you book a consultation or procedure:
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
- Full payment terms will be provided in your treatment agreement
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Package prices include specified services only
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before procedure
- 50% refund for cancellations 15-30 days before procedure
- No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before procedure
- Medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Guarantee Terms
Our lifetime guarantee covers:
- Graft survival rate as specified in your treatment agreement
- Free touch-up procedures if needed (conditions apply)
- Ongoing consultation and support
The guarantee does not cover natural hair loss progression or results affected by non-compliance with post-operative care instructions.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
Inci Esthetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
